This song was inspired by my pastor, Tom Pace, from St. Luke's. He starts off his sermons with "Open our hands so that we may serve". He has consistently preached about giving back to others and I feel that is the heart of Christian. Christmas is a time to celebrate the birth of Jesus and what his plan was for us on this Earth. Ultimately, it is up to Brian and I to show ths love to our children and help us show them how to share our gifts with others as Christians.

I almost did not add this to my album. Paul Beebe talked me into it encouraging me that it will be a great contemporary Christian hit!
