With all of the local and national media talking about swine flu and as a mom worried about my own children getting it, I wrote a song about handwashing to keep them safe. Flu shot and hand washing is really all you can do. My kids love this song and we have dance moves that go along with them. I've been using this in school and family performances and the kids love it!

I've got Christmas parties planned left and right
Going to Grandma's house X-mas Eve night
but it's flu season whether I like it or not
and it will be a while till I get the flu shot.
Got to have a plan to keep the germs away...
