A mom stopped me in the hallway at my children's pre-school and asked me to please write a song about snow angels because in Houston we don't have any snow. Her idea (or her son's idea was the inspiration for this song).

I’d make a snow angel this X-mas for you but without any snow it makes me feel blue Oh snow angel I’m begging you please Can I make you where it’s hot and humid in 80 degrees? Oh Snow Angel I have to pretend That I can make you over and over again Oh snow angel it’s just not the same In a place without snowfall only hurricanes So now everybody wave your arms and your hands Let’s try to make a snow angel lets try to pretend Oh Swish fly swish fly swish fly faster, faster, faster Boopbee boop bee doo. Boop Can you make a Snow angel with me. It won’t be now and it won’t be later When you live so close to the Earth’s equator But everybody in this whole town they know That a X-mas in this town rarely has snow So snow angel I have to pretend that I can make you over and over again Oh snow angel, my love for you grows But here you’ll never love me back with all the mosquitoes Oh it may be sunny and it may be storming But it doesn’t help me with the crisis of global warming Everybody in this whole town can sustain That a X-mas round here will likely have rain. I’d make a snow angel this X-mas for you but without any snow it makes me so blue Oh snow angel I’m begging you please can you pretend to make a snow angel Pretend to make a snow angel Make a snow angel with me.
